Convenient Stay with Charming Views
Our stay in a King Room was delightful, especially with stunning views of the vibrant square. The breakfast spread was impressive, catering to all tastes, though the lack of milk for tea was surprising. For a peaceful night's sleep, consider rooms away from the street noise.

The outdated room decor is a bit off-putting!!! The parking situation could use a major overhaul to make it more convenient for guests!!! The air conditioning struggles to keep the room cool during warmer months!!!

I stayed in a Deluxe King Room for three nights in June 2024. The location couldn’t be better, right in the city center. I loved waking up to the vibrant atmosphere just outside. The bed was super comfortable, perfect for winding down after exploring. Breakfast was a highlight every morning with a good variety of hot and cold dishes, especially the local specialties. However, the room had some issues. The air conditioning wasn’t effective, making it uncomfortably warm during the nights. The bathroom needed a bit of updating too. the high-sided tub was a challenge to get in and out of, especially after a long day. Staff were mostly friendly, but I encountered some who could use better training in customer service. Despite these downsides, the positive aspects made it a memorable stay. I’d recommend it for anyone looking for a lively spot in Zagreb but keep those issues in mind.

Bathroom could use additional support for seniors.

Exceptional location and charming atmosphere
The hotel is perfectly located near the main square, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Zagreb. We enjoyed a spacious junior suite with a lovely bathroom and powerful shower, and the breakfast offered a delightful selection of both local and international dishes. However, the noise from nearby bars could be bothersome for light sleepers.

The breakfast buffet was a real treat with hot sandwiches and local goodies that made mornings epic! Plus, the location is a sweet spot right between the Upper and Lower Towns. Can't forget to mention their solid fitness facility, even if the treadmill was down!
Two slight downsides are the high-sided bathtub making access tricky and our room by the square where the noise crept in occasionally, but it still packed a punch overall.

missingWrote a review on Apr 19enjoyable breakfastcentral locationdirty bathroomrude servicecramped space
A centrally located hotel with a stunning view of the square, making it easy to explore nearby sites. The breakfast was enjoyable with a fair variety, but the room left much to be desired. It was uncomfortably cramped and not clean, with visible stains in the bathroom. Additionally, the initial check-in experience was less than welcoming, which detracted from the overall stay.
